What can you tow?+
Caravans, boats, trailers, horse boxes and pretty much anything else you need moving up to 3.5 tonnes. If you're not sure, just ask.
Where do you cover?+
Right across the UK. I collect and deliver nationwide, so no job is too near or far.
Are you insured?+
Yes, I'm fully insured. I carry specialist goods in transit and public liability cover, so your caravan or load is properly protected while it's with me.
How much does it cost?+
Every job is quoted individually, with no hidden extras. Send me your collection and delivery points and I'll come back with a straight price. If I already have a return journey planned in your area, I may be able to do it for less, so it's always worth getting in touch to see what I can do.
Does my vehicle need to be roadworthy?+
Yes. Your vehicle should be roadworthy and safe to tow on public roads. Please make sure everything is in good working order before I arrive, including lights, tyres and secure fixings. If I arrive and the vehicle isn't roadworthy or safe to tow, I won't be able to complete the journey, and unfortunately the 50% deposit can't be refunded, as the slot and travel have already been committed. If you're unsure whether it's up to the journey, get in touch and we can talk it through before booking.
How do you look after my vehicle in transit?+
Your vehicle is fully checked and photographed before I set off and again when I arrive. I inspect your caravan thoroughly, inside and out, before departure so any potential transit issues are sorted in advance, which is why damage is thankfully very rare. On longer journeys I carry out regular checks along the way, and I always drive safely within the speed limits and road conditions, doing my very best to meet the agreed collection and delivery times based on traffic. I'll keep you updated on my arrival progress throughout, and I can share my live location if needed.
How do I pay, and when?+
I accept cash, all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer and PayPal, so you can pay whichever way suits you. A 50% non refundable deposit secures your booking, and the remaining balance is due on completion of delivery, before the vehicle is unhitched.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Because I reserve your slot and plan the vehicle allocation and fuel around it, any booking cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the 50% deposit. As much notice as possible is always appreciated.
